The team provided interior design for the complete renovation of the School of Nursing Building. The renovation consisted of four floors, which included corridors, kitchens, private offices, conference rooms, restrooms, Dean’s Suite, Development Suite, main lobby, student areas, and art consultation. The services included space planning, budget estimates, finish selections, furniture specifications, millwork designs, construction drawings and bidding documents, as well as site visits and walk–throughs with contractors on a regular basis to make sure plans were implemented according to specifications. The team collaborated closely with the A&E design manager and the contractors from the programming phase through implementation to make sure plans were executed within time and budget. In addition to this project, the team continues to this day to provide design services on an ongoing basis that requires updating of different spaces.
